Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in collecting artwork by Amy Berlin. Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared for its journey to its new home. The following information is intended to help you understand how orders are processed, shipped, and handled should an issue arise.
Preparing Your Artwork
Original artwork is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely.
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days of purchase. Works requiring custom framing, special packaging, or additional preparation may take a little longer. If so, you will be contacted with an updated timeline.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Domestic & International Delivery
Artwork is shipped throughout the United States, and international shipping is available to select destinations.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the collector.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance & Safe Arrival
Whenever possible, original artwork is fully insured while in transit.
If your artwork arrives with visible damage, please retain the original packaging and contact us within five (5) days of delivery. Photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label will help us work quickly with the carrier to determine the best solution.
Our goal is always to ensure your artwork arrives safely and can be enjoyed for years to come.
Collecting Original Artwork
Each original artwork is one of a kind and reflects the handmade nature of Amy Berlin’s artistic practice. Variations in texture, layering, and materials are intentional and are part of what makes every piece unique.
Because original works are unique, purchases are generally considered final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect piece, please reach out as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving the situation thoughtfully and fairly.
Prints & Other Works
If fine art prints or other studio offerings become available, eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Artwork
Should damage occur during shipping, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery and include:
Photographs of the artwork
Close-up photographs of the damaged area
Images of the shipping box and packaging materials
A photograph of the shipping label
After reviewing the information, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement (when available), an insurance claim, studio credit, or a refund.
Refunds
When a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
